Registration Promotion Rules: Winner Selection Promotion

1. Conditions of Participation

• Participants: All natural persons from all over the world who have reached the age of 18 can participate in the Promotion.
• Cannot participate: Employees of the Organizer (UAB “Neolainas”) and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses) cannot participate.
• Method of Participation: The person must fill out the registration form on the Organizer’s website https://neoline.com/event/, indicating all mandatory fields.
• Required purchase: NO purchase, fee or monetary contribution is required. Participation in the Promotion is completely free of charge.

2. Prize and Winner Selection

• Prize: 50 EUR gift voucher for purchases on the Neoline.com website. The prize is not exchangeable for money or other goods.
• Selection Method: The winner will be selected randomly (by computer random selection program) from all registered and eligible participants. This is a random selection of the prize.
• Announcement: The winner will be announced on the Organizer’s website and/or social media accounts within 3 days of the end of the event.
• Contact: The selected person will be notified publicly on the Organizer’s website and/or social media accounts.
• Prize Collection: The winner must contact the organizer after winning. If no response is received, the Organizer reserves the right to select another participant.
• Prize Delivery: The prize is awarded remotely, a physical copy is sent if necessary
• Payment: Participation is free of charge, as this is not a lottery!

3. Data Processing and Consent

• Consent: By filling out the form, the Participant confirms that he/she has read these rules, agrees to the processing of personal data and gives consent to receive e-mails from the Organizer. emails related to news, information about services and additional commercial offers.
• Data use: Participant’s data will be used to send information and commercial offers. Data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the Privacy Policy of UAB “Neolainas” (link: https://neoline.com/security-and-privacy/).
• Right of withdrawal: Participant may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the registration in this Promotion that has already been completed.

4. General Provisions

• Participation Deadline: The registration form must be completed by 2025. December 28. 23:59 (EET time).
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected on December 29, 2025.
• Promotion Name: Promotional Campaign Incentive (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).
• Promotion Purpose: To collect subscriber data for sending marketing messages. The prize giveaway is an additional incentive for free registration.

5. Final Provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time by informing about it on the website.
• All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the law and courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
