About X-COP S500

The X-COP S500 radar detector delivers top-notch accuracy and detection range for speed cameras through-out Europe. Equipped with the advanced Platform PRO system, it includes the LNA EXD PLUS module for extended detection range, the MULTA module for MultaRadar detection, and a HORN antenna that detects K, Ka, G, and M bands, identifying various camera types like Dahua and Redflex. It reduces false alarms from vehicle sensors while accurately detecting real police radars. With AUTO Preset technology, the device automatically adjusts settings as you cross borders, and the database of over 150,000 locations is updated monthly. The X-COP S500 supports automatic updates via smartphone hotspot and others comprehensive protection with three radar units, including a unique 77 GHz antenna and optional laser sensors for maximum security.

Hidden installation

The device is almost invisible in the car interior, all elements of the radar complex are organically placed in the engine compartment. The GPS antenna and radar unit are mounted under the trim of the front pillar or behind the bumper, which is especially effective for cars with athermal and noise-insulating glass, where a conventional radar detector may be ineffective.

EXD PLUS module

Platform PRO is responsible for good accuracy and detection range for all speed cameras in the Europe. Platform PRO consists from sever components:

  • LNA EXD PLUS module – significantly increases the detection range, which is very helpful when detecting “in the back”.
  • MULTA module – allows MultaRadar CD and CT detection.
  • HORN ANTENNA – a special antenna that combines the ability to detect K, Ka, G and M bands, and it is capable to alert about such speed cameras as Dahua, Redflex, Ekin Spotter and others

Auto Preset function

Based on signature technology, we made most user friendly device on the market. As you know, in all countries in Europe we have different speed cameras, and as we do not have borders in EU we travel a lot, and to know what speed cameras are used in every country of Europe is not so easy. Our AUTO Preset technology solves this problem, it will automatically change radar detector detection settings by GPS, when you travel from one country to another

Wi-Fi Hotspot

For automatic update of all kind of firmware’s and GPS data bases. No need to use any USB storage devices, just turn on hotspot on your phone, connect it with the device (one time to remember login and password), and update will start automatically

Signature technology

Serves to eliminate false alarms, especially from sensors of dead zones of other vehicles. At the same time, unlike similar technologies from other manufacturers, there is no false blocking of signals from real police radars

Global GPS database

Information about radars and cameras from all over the world. It includes more than 150,000 points andupdated each month

Laser hub

Additional you can connect special laser hub with laser sensors to main hub of S500 by using special cable. Those laser sensors help to detect laser speed cameras such as Vitronic Poliscan, Traffistar S350 and others, with the longer distance.

77 Ghz radar antenna

Neoline – first in the world made special antenna to detect 77Ghz police radars. is type of police radars are used in moving police cars and can measure your speed from the front and back of their car. You can connect this 77Ghz antenna to one of three ports you have on main hub of S500.

Up to 3 radar modules

With the help of three radar units, you can have maximum security in the front and back of the car. ThIrd antenna can work on 77 GHz (Ekin Patrol) in countries where such speed cameras are used. is feature allows you to have best detection distances and maximum security from police radars.
